A 5 dwelling multi-unit development, creating a simple and affordable housing scheme where previously one house stood. The development has a degree of complexity with the constraints of the small sloping site. The design provides north facing living and private decks to all units. Clad in a palette of dark brick, E-span and cedar with the intention of ensuring each dwelling is identifiable.
